Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Organizations Attorney / 2–4 Years / New York or Washington, DC

💰 Starting Salary: $235,000–$365,000 + Bonus Eligibility

A highly respected practice is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to advise nonprofit organizations, foundations, philanthropists, and mission-driven organizations on complex governance, operational, and regulatory matters.

This practice works with public charities, private foundations, international NGOs, research organizations, family offices, and innovative philanthropic ventures tackling some of today’s most significant global challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–4 years of tax-exempt organization experience
  • Outstanding writing and analytical skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Demonstrated interest in nonprofit and philanthropic organizations
  • Admission (or eligibility) in the applicable jurisdiction
