Corporate Associates / Multiple Locations

Positions with top 100 U.S. law firms, boutique and in-house positions in many locations. In most cases, prior corporate-related work experience required. If you have experience with any of the following, we want to hear from you: corporate and commercial transactions, lending, mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, antitrust, construction, hedge funds, private equity, joint ventures, finance, funds, contracts, securities law, restructuring, real estate, tax, and/or general corporate counseling. Qualified candidates should have strong drafting and organizational skills, as well as excellent academics. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and typically must be a member of the State Bar at position location or have the ability to promptly obtain admission (there are exceptions).
