Trusts and Estates Attorney / West Palm Beach
A highly regarded law firm is seeking a trusts and estates attorney to join its Private Client Services group in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent professional development opportunity for an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in estate planning and administration, including sophisticated drafting. Experience preparing gift tax returns and estate tax returns is beneficial; probate litigation experience is a plus. The hired attorney will be given significant responsibility for matters, including client contact. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, and be licensed to practice in Florida. An LLM in estate planning or tax is preferred.
