A highly ranked law firm is seeking a trust and estate litigation attorney (or civil litigation with strong interest in trust and estate litigation) with at least 3 years of experience to join their team in Oakland, CA. The position involves representation of fiduciaries, beneficiaries and nonprofit organizations in contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and elder abuse matters. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions and participating in court proceedings. Candidate must have excellent writing, research, oral advocacy and discovery skills, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. California Bar membership required.
