Transactional Attorney / Boston, Dallas or L.A.
A well renowned firm is seeking a transaction associate to join its premier Health Care Practice Group in either Boston, Dallas, or Los Angeles to support their healthcare transactions. The Group represents venture capital and private equity firms, hospitals and health systems, provider groups, and innovative health care and life sciences entrepreneurs and investors across the United States. Qualified candidate will possess 3-6 years of transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated document drafting skill, the ability to manage complex projects and matters, and a willingness to train and mentor younger associates. Exposure to healthcare-focused matters is a plus but not required for this position. Seeking a passionate, dynamic, highly motivated associate, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a busy, collegial environment, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Group. Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills, including the ability to converse with firm clients on a regular basis, are required. Firm values collegiality and diversity among their lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment.
