Senior Venture Capital Attorney / 5+ yrs. / New York
A top ranked international law firm is seeking a Senior Venture Capital Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their rapidly growing group in New York. This group focuses on representing companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them and the clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, math and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. NY bar admission is required. Base salary range this position is $345,000 – $415,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
