Labor & Employment (Defense) Attorney / 5-7 yrs. / Los Angeles
A top ranked law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 5 to 7 years of labor and employment defense experience for its growing national labor and employment practice. General employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, and employment counseling experience is required. Excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are also required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the California State Bar. Seeking candidates who reside in the Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego areas, but who will not be required to work fully in the office in accordance with its Remote Permissive Work Policy. The anticipated starting base salary range is: $192,500 – $285,000.
