Real Estate Finance Attorney / Richmond
Seeking a mid-level attorney with 2 – 6 years of real estate finance experience, to join a highly regarded practice group in their Richmond, VA office. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex commercial real estate finance transactions including:
- Drafting and negotiation of loan documentation,
- Review of real estate due diligence including leases, title and survey overview work and other basic real estate documentation,
- Review of organizational due diligence, and
- Acquisition financings, cash flow and asset-based lending, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Candidates should be creative, solutions-oriented, and have excellent analytical and writing skills. Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team. Candidates must also be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia state bar.
