AmLaw100 firm is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate Capital Markets group in New York. Looking for someone who is experienced in the area of real estate finance and capital markets that is interested in serving as counsel to national financial institutions as well as assisting clients with design, establishment, and launching of new loan programs. Requirements include: a strong team player; one to six years of meaningful commercial finance, real estate and capital markets experience; well-versed in representing traditional and non-traditional lenders in a variety of transactions including representing lenders who provide acquisition, working capital, letter of credit facilities, and other types of financing; have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; excellent academic credentials; and, are admitted to or willing to sit for the State Bar of New York.
