Real Estate Attorney / Jacksonville
The Jacksonville office of a top U.S. law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience handling commercial real estate capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, buying, selling, warehousing and securitizing commercial real estate debt and being part of the closing teams. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida Bar exam. Remote working opportunity will be considered.
