Real Estate Attorney / Ft. Lauderdale, Miami or New York
A sophisticated hospitality industry practice group in a top ranked national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in: mixed-use development, structuring and drafting condominium and governance regimes, hotel management, franchise and related agreements, and purchase and sale transactions is highly preferred but not required. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytic ability, legal research skills, a strong desire to work on complex matters and must demonstrate a personal commitment to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations. Ideally, Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or other appropriate jurisdiction (depending on office location) and/or be willing to sit for the next bar examination.
