Real Estate Attorney / Boston
One of the largest real estate practices in the United States is seeking an attorney with with at least 6 years of experience to represent real estate funds, developers, owners and operators in connection with their real estate investment transactions, working with a variety of industries, including office, retail, multifamily and industrial. They need candidates with extensive experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, leasing and joint ventures. Also, they need someone who has drafted and negotiated all transaction documents and assumed “first chair” position on closings. Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills are required along with admission to the Massachusetts bar.
