A top National law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience handling commercial real estate capital markets transactions to join their group in Tallahassee. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, buying, selling, warehousing and securitizing commercial real estate debt and being part of the closing teams. Excellent academics, strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
