Real Estate Associate Attorney / Denver
A highly ranked law firm is seeking an Attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions to join their team in Denver. Experience with leasing and mergers & acquisitions is preferred. Attorney must have the ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines, proactively move transactions through to completion and/or closing. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school. Bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly in the state where work is being performed is required. Salary range for this position is: $172,500 – $195,000, along with bonuses and generous benefits.
