Public Finance Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / Boston
A top ranked law firm is seeking a Public Finance Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Boston. This position will include public finance matters involving state entities and nonprofits: tax-exempt and taxable municipal bonds, including public offerings and direct purchases, and commercial loans to finance public infrastructure and other capital improvement projects; nonprofit health care, higher education, education, cultural, and other facilities. Engagements include services as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, and purchaser’s/lender’s counsel. Candidates must have a JD from accredited law school and be admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
