An internationally respected law firm is seeking a project finance attorney class of 2017-2019 to join their corporate practice group in either Houston, New York, Los Angeles or Washington, D.C. Significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy transactions preferred. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. Firm has not yet released the potential salary range in California or New York.
