Product Liability Litigation Associate Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / Los Angeles
A dynamic global law firm is seeking a Product Liability Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their product litigation and regulatory practice in Los Angeles. Ideally, the candidate will be a bright litigator familiar with the litigation process, and an excellent writer who is highly motivated and proactive with their caseload—someone who will be able to act independently throughout the discovery process and assist in trial, with an interest in working on those matters. Experience in the field of aviation, products liability, and automotive warranty is ideal. Preferred candidates will possess Discovery and Law and Motion experience; Experience with California Lemon Law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act; State and Federal court experience; Excellent academic credentials and work history. The starting salary range for this position is currently $175,000 – $190,000.
