Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney / 2-5 yrs. / Miami
A well regarded boutique law firm is seeking a Probate and Trust Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience to join them in Miami. Guardianship administration and litigation experience is preferred. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, and initiative. Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school) and be a member of The Florida Bar. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is considered a plus.
