Patent Prosecution Attorney or Agent / 2+ yrs. / Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, or Washington, DC
An Am Law 100 firm is looking for a patent agent or attorney with at least two years of patent prosecution experience and a technology background in computer science, computer engineering, data science, informatics, bioinformatics, and/or electrical engineering. This role may be filled in Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, or Washington, DC. Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following technologies: artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. Additionally, seeking candidates who: graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school; are admitted to or eligible for admission to the CA, MA, DC, or NY bar; USPTO admission is preferred; prior work experience in a law firm strongly preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; a high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients; ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail; ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings; and, a willingness to work from the office at least 60% of the time. The salary range for this position is currently $90,000 to $190,000. This position is bonus eligible and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
