This position is available in Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Kansas City, Salt Lake City or Washington, DC. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering or industry experience and superb writing and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Admission to the USPTO required.
