Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney / New York
A multinational law firm’s corporate practice group in New York is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with experience representing sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with internal and external specialists. Experience managing deal teams is a plus. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience required. This group has a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations. The clients are public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies; boards of directors; shareholders; and individual investors.
