Litigation Attorney / Washington, D.C.
The Washington, DC office of an internationally recognized law firm is seeking an attorney with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience for its litigation department. The ideal candidate should have complex commercial litigation experience, and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Experience with depositions and court appearances (first or second chair) is a plus. Must be interested in taking responsibility for cases. Candidates must also be highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent academic credentials. The position will involve working with both the Complex Litigation practice on general commercial litigations and with the ERISA & Managed Care Litigation team. DC bar required.
