Litigation Attorney / 2-4 yrs. / Tampa
A multinational law firm is seeking an attorney with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their litigation and trial practice in Tampa, which includes environmental & toxic tort, white-collar, and complex commercial cases. Qualified candidates will have: graduated from a nationally recognized law school in the top 10% of their class; been on the law review, moot court, or trial team; and, served or are currently serving as a judicial law clerk, preferably for a United States District Judge. Additionally, the candidate must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; experience researching and drafting pleadings and papers concerning complex and difficult legal and factual issues; be strategically and analytically minded; able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team; and, be highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Candidates must be admitted to The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
