Litigation Attorney / Broward County (Florida)
A national law firm situated in the Broward County, Florida area is looking for a litigation attorney with either insurance defense and or commercial litigation background. They need a competent attorney with 2 to 6 yrs. to handle matters in Florida and interact with litigators from out-of-state offices. The hired candidate will be handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions etc. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Florida Bar and top academic credentials required.
