Litigation Attorney / 2 to 3 yrs. / Ft. Lauderdale
A top tier national law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience to join their group in Ft. Lauderdale. Looking for candidates who are creative, yet pragmatic, thinkers who take initiative and can focus on solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings in court, and try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
