Litigation Associate Attorney / 4-6 yrs. / Miami
A rapidly expanding global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience to join their team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who has an interest in working on complex insurance and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial litigation and/or insurance coverage litigation. Additionally, experience or interest in working on complex insurance coverage matters is preferred. This team represents insurers in high-stakes disputes, litigating coverage issues and defending insurers in bad faith disputes and insurance class actions, in matters involving general liability insurance, property and casualty insurance, directors and officers liability insurance, first party property, professional liability insurance, and life insurance. Excellent academic credentials and admission to practice in Florida is required.
