Litigation Associate / 3+ years / Cleveland
An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate who has at least three years of meaningful litigation experience to join its group in Cleveland. This group specializes in products liability defense, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, commercial and real estate litigation, regulatory (energy), business tort, and class action defense. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the area of automotive products liability, with a specific preference for experience in off road/all terrain vehicles. Candidate must be able to prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. Excellent academic credentials are required, and Ohio State Bar admission strongly preferred.
