Lending Institutions Attorney / 2+ yrs. / Atlanta
An established, team oriented financing practice has an immediate need for a Lending Institutions Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team in Atlanta. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in middle-market and larger cash flow and asset based financing transactions, preferably representing arrangers, agents, and lenders. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. In addition, candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others. GA bar admission or willingness to obtain same is required.
