Legal Assistant / Boca Raton

One of the nation’s largest law firms is seeking a Legal Assistant with Trusts & Estates experience who will be based in Boca Raton. The successful candidate will be a team player, highly organized and comfortable in a high pressure environment. The candidate must exhibit a high level of initiative and use excellent judgement when handling matters with limited guidance.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of legal experience with an emphasis on Trusts and Estates experience
  • Experience with execution and conforming of Estate planning documents
  • Notary Public
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential matters
