Intellectual Property (Technology Transactions) Attorney / Palo Alto
A leading global law firm is seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of Intellectual Property (technology) transactional experience with a background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions, and providing support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions. The hired attorney will be working closely with Partners and Associates around the Firm on projects relating to technology, life sciences, digital innovation and commercial arrangements in a diverse range of industries. As a member of the team, the hired attorney will be responsible for drafting agreements and providing advice to clients, interacting directly with clients and members of the Firm, as well as mentoring junior lawyers on the team.
