Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney / Chicago, Houston or San Francisco
The Intellectual Property Group of a highly ranked international law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering to join its Chicago, Houston or San Francisco office. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and, preferably, inter partes reviews (IPRs). Patent bar registration is preferred. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills and show a high degree of initiative and must possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be active members in good standing of at least one bar (IL, TX or CA preferred).
