An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a partnership-track Attorney to join its Insurance group in either: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Hartford, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. This group’s practice covers a broad array of regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, including with respect to corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, public policy, and solvency. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of legal experience with regulatory matters in the insurance industry, with the capacity to manage multiple assignments concurrently and the proven ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision. Candidates must also have excellent writing and analytical skills.
