Healthcare Transactional Senior Attorney / 7+ yrs. / Los Angeles
The Health Care Practice Group of a top ranked Global 100 law firm is seeking to hire a motivated senior associate with 7 or more years of experience to join their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions for health care companies and organizations, and a broad knowledge of general corporate law to work on matters in the areas of private equity and joint venture and M&A transactions. Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is a plus. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is: $305,000 to $315,000. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
