Healthcare Transactional Associate / 3-6 yrs. / Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego or San Francisco
A dynamic, top-tier health care practice is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience to join their team in either Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego or San Francisco. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters, including provider and health plan mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, joint venture transactions, and private equity deals. Experience with health industry contracting, state licensure and corporate governance is preferred. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated regulatory experience in the areas of fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, value-based care, and health care antitrust. Importantly, this is a close-knit group that is looking for attorneys who work well in a team setting. Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice is a requirement. The base annual pay range for this role is between $250,000-$370,000.
