Healthcare Attorneys / 4+ / New York
A well regarded law firm is seeking Healthcare Attorneys with at least 4 years of relevant experience to join their team in New York, NY. The hired attorneys will provide legal analysis with a specific focus on healthcare regulatory opinions, litigation matters and transactional deals. The position requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and at least four years of experience as an Associate Attorney. Interested attorneys must also have: admission to the New York State bar; experience handling guardianship matters and Medicaid appeals in relation to discharge or collections; experience handling litigation in relation to discharge or collections; experience conducting legal research and preparing memos relating to healthcare regulatory questions; and experience drafting contracts, agreements, document requests and other legal documents pertaining to matters within the healthcare practice area. Applicants must also be willing to work a minimum of three days per week in the office pursuant to a hybrid work schedule. Rate of Pay: $190,000 – $200,000/year.
