Finance Associate / 2-6 yrs. / Atlanta
A global law firm is seeking a Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Finance team in Atlanta. Associates should have experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cross-border financings and syndicated credit facilities. Experience in a large law firm is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. The starting salary for this positions in $235,000- $390,000, representing the presently anticipated low and high end. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
