ERISA Attorney / New York

A highly ranked global law firm is seeking an junior to mid-level associate attorney for their ERISA team in New York. Candidates will primarily support the Firm’s M&A practice and should have experience with executive employment agreements, equity incentive plans, Section 409A, Section 280G, and mergers and acquisitions is required.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $360,000. Salary will be determined based upon many factors. If full time, position eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
