Employment Litigation Attorneys / 4-8 yrs. / San Diego
Seeking attorneys with 4-8 years of experience to join a dynamic Labor & Employment management-side team in San Diego. Candidates should be employment litigation attorneys who possess excellent academic credentials, knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws, and experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts. Additionally, candidates should have the ability to take responsibility for matters without significant detailed guidance, including attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions in federal and state court, and working up a case for trial. The salary range for this position in is $190,000 to $230,000.
