Healthcare Litigation Attorney / 2+ yrs. / Seattle
One of the largest health care practices in the U.S. is currently seeking a healthcare litigation attorney with 2+ years of relevant experience to join their practice in Seattle. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb research, writing, and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess experience in healthcare litigation, with strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, licensing inquiries, medical staff and hospital issues, and payor reimbursement is preferred.
