Employment Litigation Associate / 3-4 yrs. / Los Angeles
A nationally prominent, Chambers‐ and Legal 500‐ranked Employment and Labor practice is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 3 to 4 years of employment defense experience to join their team in Los Angeles. Associates will have experience in a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation defense of wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation matters; drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions; and advising clients on company policies and procedures and on key legal risks involving client employment practices. Experience drafting employment agreements and developing and implementing training programs and auditing programs for employers is a plus. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required. The base annual pay range for this role is between $250,000-$295,000.
