Commercial Real Estate Attorney / 7+ years / Orlando
A top ranked law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions to join their Orlando group. Experience needed includes, but is not limited to, in acquisition and sales transactions, land development and financing, particularly in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry. Experience representing developers of single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects is preferred. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
