Debt Finance Attorney / Chicago
Seeking candidates with 4-7 years of corporate transactional experience to join a highly ranked banking and finance practice group. The position will involve syndicated credit facilities, secured and unsecured senior debt, acquisition financing and ABL finance. Candidates must have superior academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Applicants with debt finance or commercial lending experience, business experience in financial transactions or accounting matters will be preferred. Illinois Bar membership is required.
