Debt Finance Attorney / 6 – 7 yrs. / New York
An Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Debt Finance Attorney with 6 to 7 years of experience to join their internationally recognized group in New York. Seeking candidates with substantive experience with a wide range of secured lending matters, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations and general corporate finance matters. Prior experience as a key member of deal teams is preferred, including having taken responsibility for running signings and closings, handling first drafts of debt commitment papers and credit documentation, etc. Exposure to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings and/or private equity-related corporate finance transactions is helpful. Candidate must be available to work in person and have the ability to function smoothly in a team environment with culturally diverse team members. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the NY Bar. The base salary range for this position in New York City is $225,000 to $415,000.
