Corporate Transactions Attorney / 4+ yrs. / Sacramento
A top global law firm is looking for a Corporate Transactions Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will be based in Sacramento and have a minimum of four years of significant experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $265,000.
