A top AmLaw 100 national law firm has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated attorney to join their Corporate Securities and Finance Practice Group in either Phoenix, St. Louis, Kansas City or Denver. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Experience advising public companies on capital markets, SEC disclosure and corporate governance matters is required. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in the work described above.
