Corporate Finance Attorney / St. Louis
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated associate to join their Securities and Corporate Finance Practice Group in St. Louis. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and well-developed problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Experience advising public companies on capital markets, SEC disclosure and corporate governance matters is required. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in the work described above. Position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package with challenging work in a collegial work environment. Relocation support is available for highly qualified candidates. Position may also be filled in: Phoenix, Kansas City or Denver.
