Corporate Finance Attorney / Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Tampa
Seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with 4+ years of experience handling general corporate matters including M&A, equity/debt financing transactions and corporate governance counseling to join a top ranked team in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Tampa. Experience with capital markets transactions or SEC compliance is a plus. Candidates must possess at least 4 years of experience in this area, have strong drafting and negotiation skills, and deal team experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service and the ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters are also essential. State Bar or ability to quickly waive in required, depending on location.
