A highly regarded, global law firm is seeking a finance associate with more than three years of experience to join their team in either Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto or San Francisco offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax equity, securitization, and credit facilities. Candidates licensed in the jurisdiction to which they are applying or ability to quickly waive in is preferred.
