Complex Litigation Associate / Ann Arbor
The Ann Arbor office of a top law firm is seeking an associate with three to six years of complex litigation experience to join their Complex Litigation practice group. Ideal candidates have experience writing briefs, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, drafting affirmative and responsive discovery, and experience with routine and complex filings plus some courtroom experience (handling routine court appearances, arguing motions, and/or presenting witnesses). Experience with antitrust would be considered a bonus, though not required. Strong academic record and excellent electronic data management skills, research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Michigan bar admission or eligibility for admission without exam is required.
