Corporate Finance Attorney / Chicago
An internationally recognized law firm is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of experience its Finance practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate has experience representing banks, insurance companies, BDCs, funds and/or other financial institutions in direct lending, secured and unsecured credit facilities, note purchases and debt private placements and mezzanine debt and equity investments. Additionally, the candidate must have solid transactional experience in a prominent finance group of a national law firm. Strong academic record and exceptional writing and oral communication skills are required. Candidates should be licensed and in good standing in Illinois (or prepared to sit for and pass the bar exam). The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $265,000 to a maximum of $330,000 per year.
